To our valued Customers and Partners.
As you may know, global semiconductor and other electronic component demand is currently far outstripping supply impacting several industries such as automotive, electronics, and, of course, PCs. We want to confirm our strong commitment to you during this ongoing supply constraint situation. We are committed to open and regular communication, and a high degree of flexibility as we work toward a more regular line of supply.
Regarding flexibility, Simply NUC has built a strong portfolio of mini PCs over the last few years, and our sales team is prepared to offer you alternatives to orders for a specific model. For example, we may reach out and ask if a different generation model or a model from another vendor might work for your solution. We can assure you that when it comes to the limited quantities of inbound supply, Simply NUC has attained high status with our suppliers and will work to get as much of the incoming supply as possible. We don’t know for sure but are hopeful that supply will improve in the first half of 2022. In the meantime, we are committed to periodic and candid communication with our customers and partners.
Additionally, high value components such as graphics cards continue to be a challenge with fluctuating costs and availability. As a result pricing on these components is subject to change relative to market conditions as we do our best to make them available to our customers.
