Starting October 5th 2021, Windows 11 is available for upgrade and might be preinstalled on new devices.
There are several different ways to install Windows 11 including using Windows Update, creating Windows 11 installation media, or creating an installation image.
When your PC is eligible for the Windows 11 upgrade, Microsoft sends a notification in Windows Update. For more information on different ways to install Windows 11, see Ways to install Windows 11 (Microsoft) (in English).
