We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. This involves dealing with customer requests, providing quotations, and information such as stock availability, delivery dates and prices. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets. This position is responsible for dealing with incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email.
Senior Hardware Design Engineer
The Senior Hardware Design Engineer provides functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development and implementation of hardware for the Company’s products, including but not limited to the circuit design of components, and development of structure specifications.
Engineering Lab Technician
The Engineering Lab Technician is responsible for technical tasks in support of a variety of engineering projects and activities. The Lab Technician partners with the Engineering teams on cutting edge product development, troubleshooting and data collection.
Inventory Support Technician
The Inventory Support Technician is responsible for accurately maintaining inventory records, working with multiple vendors to return defective items back under warranty. This may also include testing the device to find the cause of failure. This role will work in a very collaborative environment alongside the Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
Computer Assembly Technician
The Computer Assembly Technician is responsible for accurately building customized Mini PC orders within specific timeframes. This position requires maintaining a consistent throughput with the ability to adapt and find solutions to problems that arise. Being able to follow written or verbal instructions, and adapting to changes in daily priorities.

The Logistics Specialist assists with coordinating incoming product receipt and distribution, and outgoing shipping by working on existing logistics systems. This position is also responsible for accurately labeling manufacturing inventory received for proper placement in inventory. This position may also help the manufacturing group move products from one location to another and assemble computer hardware.
